Dear Parents and Friends of TSL,

Trinity-St. Luke's Lutheran School is an educational arm of Trinity Lutheran Church and St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Since 1988 these two congregations have worked together in providing a Christ-centered education to aid parents in the important obligation of bringing up their children in the "nurture and admonition of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4).

The purpose of our school is the same as that of Trinity Lutheran Church and St. Luke's Lutheran Church. Christ has commanded his believers that they are to go and make disciples of all nations. As a ministry arm of these congregations the purpose of TSL is no different. We will train the students of TSL so that they too can go and witness to others of their Savior, Jesus Christ.

At Trinity-St. Luke's Lutheran School our children are taught by a professional staff of divinely called pastors and teachers who have been trained to provide a thorough, well-rounded Christ-centered education.

As we enter the upcoming school year, we hope that the information in this handbook will help you to plan for this new year. Please use the information and refer to it throughout the year. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact the school office, the teachers, or the principal. Please work with us as together we go through the school year.

We pray the Good Shepherd that he will bless the joint efforts of church, school, and home working together to provide the One Thing Needful to his precious lambs.
