TSL Early Childhood Education Center Enrollment Policy Adopted:  March 2001 Recognizing that Jesus has commanded us to teach the Gospel to every creature and that God would have all people to be saved, children shall be enrolled at the Trinity-St. Luke's Early Childhood Education Center (TSL ECEC) in the following priority: An equal priority will be given to those children whose families have no church home and those children whose families are members of Trinity or St. Luke’s congregations on a first-come, first served basis. Children of families who attend neighboring WELS or ELS congregations. Children of families who have a church home outside of our fellowship. The following points must also be followed for enrollment: The child must be four years of age by September 1. The child must be self-sufficient in the bathroom. The TSL ECEC welcomes all children to enroll without reference to race, color, national or ethnic origin.
